Designed and fabricated custom end effector fixtures for an ABB IRB arm supporting Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing and Directed Energy Deposition. Integrated ABB IRB and FANUC M 20iD/25 controllers over Modbus TCP/IP into a unified hybrid cell for coordinated multi robot execution.
