I build robots from scratch โ€” mechanical design in Fusion 360, custom PCBs, embedded firmware, and complete ROS 2 navigation stacks. No kits. No shortcuts.

  • Engineered a full quadruped from scratch with a custom SLA and FDM chassis, carbon fibre infused PLA, 12x 25 kg servos over I2C PCA9685, and Dingo based geometric IK for gait control.
  • Built an EKF sensor fusion and ROS navigation stack using BNO055, LiDAR, and Pi Camera inputs with gmapping, AMCL, and move base for autonomous indoor navigation.
  • Designed a custom PCB with star-point power distribution, parallel MOSFET switching, TPS54560 buck conversion, and TCA9548A I2C multiplexing.
  • KSCST funded open source project showcased at four collegiate competitions, winning all four.
